Capital District Beginnings is a service provider for children with developmental disabilities in the Capital District counties of New York. It offers multidisciplinary evaluations, special education, speech and language therapy, service coordination and bilingual services through the DOH Early Intervention Program.
Capital District Beginnings. Offers family-centered services for children from birth to 5 years of age, who have special needs. Services are provided in the home and in early childhood and child care settings through weekly visits or special programs, as well as in classrooms in our own settings.
