Blue is a large blue, human shaped creature with a crown on its head. He also has drool on his lip. One of his eyes is a button. He is very similar to a zombie.
All that is known about is that he was a character on (something), and that his physical form had its first friend sometime during 1991. His eye was not always a button, shown by the picture called blue’s first friend.
Blue will randomly walk around. When he sees someone, he will chase them until they are caught or they escape. He cannot spot people in boxes or in other hiding spots. He has loud footsteps.
During the Final, Blue acts differently: Until the doors open, he’ll only start to chase the players if one of them pops a balloon. When the doors open, he’ll chase the players until the end of the vent, where the door closes on him.
