Founded in 1320 by the Pope, the Medieval University of Dublin was the city’s first attempt at establishing a university in the city and while it lasted a couple of hundred years, it was ended by Henry VIII’s Reformation.

My three years at Trinity College were life-changing and I will be forever grateful. As a mature student - I was 57 at the time - I was unsure about returning to university. Everybody at Trinity's Faculty of Divinity worked hard to make my experience enjoyable, productive and ultimately successful. I recommend Trinity to others - of all ages!
