  1. Timothy Michael Tymkovich (born November 2, 1956) is an American lawyer who has served as a United States circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit since 2003; serving as chief judge from 2015 to 2022.

  5. Timothy Tymkovich is a native third-generation Coloradan. He is a 1979 graduate of The Colorado College, and a 1982 graduate of the University of Colorado School of Law. After graduation, he clerked for Chief Justice William Erickson of the Colorado Supreme Court.
