Time Out of Mind is the second film I've watched in the recently released Universal Noir #2. It isn't a noir. Not in any way. It is a beautiful-looking period melodrama directed by Robert Siodmak, with a lot of sweeping shots of rich mansions, stormy seas and shadowy conversations.
