Students moved in for the first time in August 2022 and welcomed the new courtyard, outdoor spaces and community areas that aim to enhance their living experience and sense of belonging.

The project plan was approved by GW’s Board of Trustees in May of 2019 and construction began in May 2020. The renovated hall houses approximately 825 students in doubles and singles as well as faculty-in-residence and residential life staff.
