The Trust supported more than 46,000 young people during 2020/21. The Trust has helped more than a million young people since it was founded by HM The King in 1976. Over the last five years, three in four young people supported by The Prince’s Trust moved into work, education or training after completing one of our programmes.
The Prince's Trust was started in 1976 and is now a leading UK youth charity offering 11- to 30-year-olds training, business start-up support and work experience.
THE PRINCE’S TRUST, UK. The Prince’s Trust supported 60,046 young people across the UK during 2021/22, through a combination of program delivery via local delivery partners, online, and at in-person trainings and mentorship sessions held at our 14 Youth Centers located in England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
The Year 11 students engaged with The Prince’s Trust Achieve Transition programme during the Covid-19 pandemic. By taking part in the course, they were able to re-engage with learning after lockdown, building their confidence, communication and IT skills, which enabled a smoother transition into further education.
