Missing for two years Martin Raynor, husband of Sally returns home suffering with severe mental problems. In her husband’s absence she has met and fallen in love with a doctor. Whilst she looks after her husband, he becomes more deranged and commits suicide putting his wife under suspicion for murder.

Production began February 19, 2019, and lasted for around six weeks, concluding in March 2019. Locations in Louisiana and Los Angeles, California, were also used to film certain scenes of the movie.
