Newman prior to watching 'Fort Massacre' in January of last year, a very darkly toned Western starring Joel McCrea, but that combination of McCrea's performance and the classy direction from Newman led me to their next collaboration, 'The Gunfight at Dodge City', an even better film, which made me curious to discover more of his films.
