Foi feito para encerrar a franquia, mas o quinto filme se passa antes do primeiro, para fechar o "ciclo" da série. Foi dirigido por David R. Ellis, com roteiro de J. Mackie Gruber e Eric Bress, que já trabalharam em Final Destination 2.
Sinopse. Quando um adolescente (Devon Sawa) tem uma premonição de que o avião em que está vai explodir, ele e seus amigos resolvem não mais viajar. Para surpresa de todos, o avião realmente explode na viagem em que eles deveriam estar.
