Edgar Wallace Mysteries: The Clue Of The New Pin. After a visit from a mysterious stranger from his past, enigmatic millionair John Trasmore is found dead – shot at close range locked in his own strongroom, with the only key on a table in the middle of the room.

Based on Edgar Wallace’s 1923 novel, CLUE OF THE NEW PIN is a fun example of the classic locked room mystery. A nasty millionaire played by David Horne (THE WICKED LADY) is found murdered in the vault at his home, where he keeps all his money (he doesn’t trust banks).
