As well as serving Taverham, the school has a catchment area that includes the adjoining villages of Drayton, Costessey and Ringland .

In school we have a Year 11 film club that focuses on showing films connected to the Germany and Cold War units of the GCSE and we run castle building competitions for Year 7.
