The Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center, located near Washington Dulles International Airport in Chantilly, Virginia, is a massive structure with open, hangar-like settings that accommodate large aircraft and spacecraft, as well as entire collections of aviation and space artifacts.
The Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center is located at 14390 Air and Space Museum Parkway in Chantilly, Va., just minutes from Washington Dulles International Airport. Regular hours are 10 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. The center can be reached by car via I-66 or the Dulles Toll Road.
The center is a companion facility to the museum in Washington, D.C., and displays thousands of aviation and space artifacts. It features the Boeing Aviation Hangar, the James S. McDonnell Space Hangar, the Airbus IMAX Theater and the Mary Baker Engen Restoration Hangar.
