St Mellitus College is a community of theological study and ministry experience. It offers ordination training, independent study and Peter Stream for various routes into study.
St Mellitus College is a wholly non-residential college and has pioneered context-based training within the Church of England, integrating academic theological study with ministry placements throughout the course of study. As of 2019, it is the largest ministerial training college in the Church of England.

St Mellitus College offers a range of full- and part-time undergraduate programmes, from certificate to BA degree. For independent students we also offer options to study with a focus on Emerging Generations or Youth Ministry.

Our centres. St Mellitus College is one national College, based in four different centres, spread across England: London, Chelmsford, the South West and the East Midlands. In God’s generous economy, these centres not only serve the regions they are located in but also feed local wisdom and learning back into the whole College.
Entry Requirements. The entry requirements for studying at St Mellitus College are as follows: The College will only consider applications from students who will be 18 by the time they enrol. Aptitude for study appropriate to the level of the qualification applied for (see below for further details with respect to each programme).
