Beckett Hall (or Beckett House) is a country house at Shrivenham in the English county of Oxfordshire (formerly in Berkshire ). The present house dates from 1831. The lake and the China House, c. 1967. History. This manor is first mentioned in the Domesday survey, [1] and was acquired by King John in 1204. [2]
