Samuel Lawrence Whitelock (born 12 October 1988) is a New Zealand rugby union player who plays as a lock for Pau in the Top 14 competition. Whitelock has played over 100 tests for New Zealand since his debut in 2010 and is the youngest New Zealander to reach 100 tests.
BIOGRAPHY. SAMUEL WHITELOCK epitomises the modern lock: agile, mobile, athletic and a formidable force with ball in hand, and he is also a capable and smart leader. Whitelock is the most capped All Blacks lock of all time and became the eighth Test centurion in 2018. He made his Test debut in 2010, scoring two tries.
