Rupert Soames is a British businessman and CEO of Serco, a global outsourcing company. He is a grandson of Winston Churchill, a nephew of former Defence Secretary Duncan Sandys, and a great-nephew of the Scout movement founder Baden-Powell. He is also a Conservative Party politician and a former MP.
