Rube Marquard is sometimes said to be one of the least deserving HoF'ers, with a career bWAR of 32.5. The nickname comes from comparisons to the pitching of Rube Waddell as he was moving up through the ranks. He was once found guilty for ticket scalping for a World Series that he was playing in.
