Robert Rathbun Wilson (Frontier, 4 de março de 1914 — Ithaca, 16 de janeiro de 2000) foi um físico estadunidense. Foi líder de um grupo do Projeto Manhattan, escultor e um dos criadores do Fermilab, onde foi o primeiro diretor, no período 1967—1978.
Robert Rathbun Wilson (March 4, 1914 – January 16, 2000) was an American physicist known for his work on the Manhattan Project during World War II, as a sculptor, and as an architect of the Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (Fermilab), where he was the first director from 1967 to 1978.

Robert Rathbun Wilson, the experimental physicist who designed some of the world’s most powerful particle accelerators used to study the fundamental nature of matter, died Jan. 16 at home in Ithaca.
