Robert Rich, 2nd Baron Rich (c1537-1581) was an English nobleman. He was the eldest son of Richard Rich, 1st Baron Rich by his wife Elizabeth, daughter and heiress of William Jenks of London. He married around 1555 Elizabeth, daughter and heiress of George Baldrey (d. 1540) and granddaughter of Sir Thomas Baldry, Lord Mayor of London in 1514.

Robert Rich, 3rd Baron Rich, 1st Earl of Warwick (December 1559 – 24 March 1619), was an English nobleman, known as Baron Rich between 1581 and 1618, when he was created Earl of Warwick. He was the first husband of Penelope Devereux, whom he divorced in 1605 on the grounds of her adultery .
The family was of Hampshire origin, and the chancellor's great-grandfather, Richard Rich (d. 1469), a prominent member of the Mercers' Company, served as sheriff of the city of London in 1441. He left two sons, John (d. 1458), from whom are descended the baronets of the Rich family, and Thomas, grandfather of the lord chancellor.
'Canopied tomb of Richard, 1st Baron Rich of Leez, Lord High Chancellor, 1547–1551; founder of Felsted School and of Felsted Almshouses. Died 1567. The statue, originally coloured to the life, represents him in the robes, round cap and ornaments of a Lord Chancellor, with elbow resting on a cushion, holding a book of prayers.
