  1. Once I dedicated the appropriate time and attention a few months later and wham, I saw the genius in this movie. I now can't get enough of it and watch at least once scene a day and probably the entire movie at least once a week while I am working on office stuff. Perfect movie to help the time go by.

  2. 8 de dez. de 2019 · Once Upon a Time ... in Hollywood drops onto UK 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray - for once - in advance of its US counterpart, even if only by a few days, sporting a glorious native 4K video presentation that looks sensational. The disc presents a 3840 x 2160p resolution image utilising the film's original theatrical aspect ratio of widescreen 2.39:1.

  3. 20 de mai. de 2024 · Once Upon a time in Hollywood as my 5. I was just seriously underwhelmed by it. And perhaps that was intentional but I want to wait a bit before rewatching it. I’d put this as a 85. Kill bill 2 as my 6. 80+ on my scale. It just didn’t do it like kill bill 1 for me. I have never seen death proof.

  4. The Once Upon A Time In Hollywood Subreddit, dedicated to watching, talking about and then rewatching The 9th Film by Quentin Tarantino starring Margot Robbie, Leonardo DiCaprio and Brad Pitt. A fan since the days of Reservoir Dogs and Pulp Fiction it was dumb luck that I found myself working for half a decade at the Musso & Frank’s, the restaurant that opens the film; including prior to and ...

  5. Once Upon a Time in Hollywood is wish fulfillment. In this respect, I think that people like it in the same way that they like Midnight in Paris. But it's also very subtle. (For Tarantino, I mean.) Other than Checkov's flamethrower, the movie is a low key character study, which imagines that post 1970's Hollywood never occurred.

  6. 11 de dez. de 2019 · The Manson murders are supposed to be the mark of the end of a supposedly great time in America but what if two guys , a character actor and his stunt double/ best friend, unknowingly stopped that from happening . Dont get it twisted though, there are metaphors and little messages about that time and our time now sprinkled throughout the movie .

  7. 29 de jul. de 2019 · I think the heaven motif is correct. Instead of the hell that we got in real life when those people were murdered, the Tarantino-verse gets a comparatively tame conclusion that will be remembered as the time that B list actor was forced to kill some hippies that broke into his house and maybe the dream of the sixties would continue into the seventies and the world would be completely different.

  8. once upon a time in hollywood is a steaming pile of absolute dogshit. I've never seen such a boring, pointless, self-important movie in my life. There is no drama, no story, no tension, nothing. Nothing. It's terrible. Feel validated people out there who also dislike this shit movie, when critics try to gaslight us with "positive reviews."

  9. 21 de mar. de 2022 · Your cut of Once Upon a Time in...Hollywood was great. The deleted scenes were masterfully added and i especially loved the grainy filter of the acting scenes. The filter on the old TV were Rick was playing in the F.B.I show was also a very clever addition. Thanks for sharing it.

  10. 2 de dez. de 2019 · When Jim Stacey in his cowboy attire and red shirt comes to meet devastated Rick Dalton on the set for the first time, he comes towards him and takes off his hat as he greets Rick. Then there is a glitch cut, the hat is back on the Jim's head as the scene continues.
