Oakland Technical High School, known locally as Oakland Tech or simply "Tech", is a public high school in Oakland, California, United States, and is operated under the jurisdiction of the Oakland Unified School District. It is one of six comprehensive public high school campuses in Oakland.
Each year, Oakland Tech compiles a school profile, which provides a synthesized, yet in-depth glimpse of the Bulldog community, including student body demographics, AP and HP offerings, SAT and ACT composite averages, class rankings, academy and program descriptions, a list of where recent graduates have gone to college, and more.
Oakland Technical High School is a microcosm of the city it calls home. We are a vibrant multicultural and multilingual community of more than 1,800 students, nearly 200 dedicated educators and staff and thousands of passionate alumni and supporters. We have taught and inspired generations of Oakland youth since our founding in 1914.
