Biografia. Filho do pianista de jazz Michael Wolff e da atriz Polly Draper, tem ainda um irmão, Alex Wolff, que também é músico. Foi na música que Nat deu seus primeiros passos, aprendendo piano com seu pai e, pouco tempo depois, formando a banda The Silver Boulders com seus melhores amigos e, posteriormente, com seu irmão, na bateria.
