Napoléon Charles Bonaparte, 5th Prince of Canino and Musignano (Napoléon Charles Grégoire Jacques Philippe Bonaparte; 5 February 1839 – 11 February 1899), was born in Rome as the son of Charles Lucien Bonaparte and his wife, Zénaïde Bonaparte.
The Princes of Canino and Musignano formed the genealogically senior line of the Bonaparte family following the death of Joseph Bonaparte in 1844. The line was succeeded by one of Emperor Napoleon 's younger brothers, Lucien Bonaparte .

5 de nov. de 2022 · Napoléon Charles Grégoire Jacques Philippe Bonaparte, 5th Prince of Canino and Musignano (5 February 1839 – 11 February 1899) was the son of Prince Charles Lucien Bonaparte and Princess Zénaïde Bonaparte.
Elected to the Roman Assembly in 1849 but had to flee following the defeat of the Republican army at the hands of French troops sent by his cousin Louis Napoléon (the future Napoleon III). Returned to France in 1850 and became director of the Jardin des Plantes in Paris (1854).
