Miriam Jane Alice Davies (born 2 June 1975), known as Mims Davies, is a British Conservative Party politician serving as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Mid Sussex since 2019. She has served as Minister of State for Disabled People, Health and Work since December 2023.
Mims Davies is the Parliamentary Under Secretary of State at the Department for Work and Pensions since 2022, having previously held the roles of Minister for Social Mobility, Youth and Progression, Minister for Safeguarding, Minister for Employment and Minister for Sport and Civil Society. She was also the Assistant Government Whip from 2018 to 2019 and the Minister for Wales from 2018 to 2019.
