Michael Vincenzo Gazzo (April 5, 1923 – February 14, 1995) was an American playwright who later in life became a film and television actor. He was nominated for an Academy Award for his role in The Godfather Part II (1974).
Michael V. Gazzo was a versatile character actor who starred in films such as The Godfather Part II, King Creole and Fingers. He also wrote plays and screenplays, including the original A Hatful of Rain, which was adapted into a film in 1957.

Michael V. Gazzo was a versatile actor who starred as Clemenza in The Godfather Part II (1974) and won a Best Supporting Actor Oscar nomination. He also wrote and produced plays, such as "A Hatful of Rain" and "The Night Circus". He died of a stroke in 1995 at the age of 71.
