Mary Paulet, Lady Cromwell (c. 1540 – 10 October 1592) was an English noblewoman, the daughter of John Paulet, 2nd Marquess of Winchester of Basing, Hampshire and his first wife Elizabeth, daughter of Robert Willoughby, 2nd Baron Willoughby de Broke by his second wife, Dorothy, daughter of Thomas Grey, 1st Marquess of Dorset.

Mary Paulet, Marchioness of Winchester (died 1 November 1680) was the second wife of Charles Paulet, 6th Marquess of Winchester. She was an illegitimate daughter of Emanuel Scrope, 1st Earl of Sunderland, by his mistress Martha Jeanes, or Janes, or Jones, alias San(d)ford.
When Mary Paulet was born about 1542, in Winchester, Hampshire, England, her father, Honorable John Paulet 2nd Marquess of Winchester, was 28 and her mother, Elizabeth, was 38. She married Henry Cromwell 2nd Baron Cromwell before 1560. They were the parents of at least 2 sons and 2 daughters.

She married Henry Cromwell, 2nd Baron Cromwell, son of Gregory Cromwell, 1st Baron Cromwell and Elizabeth Seymour, before 1560. She died on 10 October 1592. Her married name became Cromwell.
