Malcolm MacDonald was a British politician and diplomat who played a key role in the decolonisation of Southeast Asia and Africa. He was the son of former Prime Minister Ramsay MacDonald and served as Governor of Kenya, High Commissioner to India and Brunei, and Commissioner-General for Southeast Asia.
