Louisa Theodosia Jenkinson, Countess of Liverpool (née Hervey; February 1767 – 12 June 1821) was a British noblewoman and the first wife of Robert Jenkinson, 2nd Earl of Liverpool, who served as prime minister from 1812 to 1827.

When Jenkinson was finally told officially, initially by a letter from Liverpool, he refused to accept the match, whereupon Liverpool, after consulting with Pitt and Dundas, informed his father that if thwarted in love he would be compelled to give up his Parliamentary career.
Jenkinson's first wife, Louisa, died at 54. He married again on 24 September 1822 to Mary Jenkinson, Countess of Liverpool. Lady Louisa Theodosia Hervey was the daughter of the 4th Earl of Bristol. She married Robert Banks Jenkinson, who succeeded as the 2nd Earl of Liverpool in 1808 and was Prime Minister from 1812-1827. Nollekens was one of the most distinguished British sculptors of the generation just before John Gibson and was highly regarded for his portraits.

Mary Chester (1777-1846) was the daughter of Charles Chester, himself the younger son of a Baronet, so from Liverpool’s ancestral gentry background rather than the inner-circle aristocracy of his first wife and his adult companions. She was a close friend of Louisa and married Liverpool on September 24, 1822, 15 months after Louisa’s death.
