Lord Randolph Henry Spencer-Churchill [a] (13 February 1849 – 24 January 1895) was a British aristocrat and politician. [1] Churchill was a Tory radical and coined the term ' Tory democracy '. [2] He participated in the creation of the National Union of the Conservative Party.

Churchill was a Tory radical who coined the term One-nation conservatism. [2] He inspired a generation of party managers and created the National Union of the Conservative Party. He broke new ground in modern budgetary presentations. He got admiration and criticism from across the political spectrum.
