Joseph Frank Bianco (born September 11, 1966) is an American lawyer and jurist serving as a United States circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. He was formerly a United States district judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York .
Judge Bianco was appointed as a United States Circuit Judge for the Second Circuit by President Donald J. Trump on May 13, 2019, and entered service on May 17, 2019. Prior to his appointment as a United States Circuit Judge, Judge Bianco served as a United States District Court Judge in the Eastern District of New York.
