Joongdong High School (Korean: 중동고등학교; Hanja: 中東高等學校) is a private school founded in 1906, located in Irwon-dong, Gangnam District, Seoul, South Korea. The school and its foundation were undertaken in 1994 by Samsung Group by the will of group's founder, Lee Byung-chul , the school's 26th graduate.
The Joongdong Educational Foundation (학교법인 중동학원) is a private school corporation that operates Joongdong High School and Joongdong Middle School. Founded in 1906 as the Joongdong School (중동학교), the Joongdong Foundation was brought to its current form in 1948.

Jungdong High School is a high school for boys located in Daegu, South Korea . History. School building (west building)was built on 30 November 1980 and establishment of the school was approved on 15 January 1981 by founder 김정수 (Kim Jungsoo), and the opening ceremony was held on 5 March 1981.
