Joseph Patrick Mauer (born April 19, 1983) is an American former professional baseball catcher and first baseman, who spent his entire 15-year Major League Baseball (MLB) career with the Minnesota Twins.

Joe Mauer is a Hall of Fame catcher who played for the Minnesota Twins from 2004 to 2018. He won six batting titles, three Gold Gloves and was the first AL catcher to lead the league in OPS. He also hit .306 with 2,123 hits and 2,123 RBI in his career.
