Jarosław Aleksander Kaczyński (Varsóvia, 18 de Junho de 1949) é um político polaco, presidente do partido Lei e Justiça (em polonês: Prawo i Sprawiedliwość, PiS), do qual foi co-fundador juntamente com seu falecido irmão gêmeo Lech Kaczyński, presidente da Polônia de 2005 até 2010.
He has been the leader of the Law and Justice party (PiS) since 2003. He served as Prime Minister of Poland from 2006 to 2007, and has twice held the post of Deputy Prime Minister of Poland, first from 2020 to 2022, and a second time from June to November 2023.
