Iván Rodríguez Torres (born November 27, 1971), nicknamed "Pudge" and "I-Rod", is a Puerto Rican former Major League Baseball catcher. A member of the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum , Rodríguez is widely regarded as one of the greatest catchers in MLB history.

Iván Rodríguez is one of the game’s finest two-way catchers, with 2,844 hits, 311 home runs, 1,354 runs and 1,332 RBI in his 25-year MLB career. He played for six teams, won seven Gold Glove Awards and was the MVP of the 1999 World Series. He was elected to the Hall of Fame in 2017.
