Leopold Hermann Ludwig von Boyen (Kreuzburg, 20 de junho de 1771 — Berlim, 15 de fevereiro de 1848) foi um oficial do exército prussiano que ajudou a reformar o exército prussiano no início do século XIX.
Leopold Hermann Ludwig von Boyen (20 June 1771 – 15 February 1848) was a Prussian army officer who helped to reform the Prussian Army in the early 19th century. He also served as minister of war of Prussia in the period 1810–1813 and again from 1 March 1841 – 6 October 1847.

Author of Hermann von Boyen's biography, Friedrich Meinecke stated that the contributions of Prussian twice (1815–1819 and 1841–1847) Minister of War to the military theory were almost completely forgotten. Despite the existence of many thousands of manuscript pages, this opinion is still considered valid to this day.
