Henry Wellesley, 1st Baron Cowley GCB (20 January 1773 – 27 April 1847) was an Anglo-Irish diplomat and politician. He was the younger brother of the soldier and politician the first Duke of Wellington.

[2] Era filho de lorde Charles Wellesley e neto de Arthur Wellesley, 1.º Duque de Wellington, sucedendo seu tio em 1884 como o Duque de Wellington.
