Henry Stafford, 2nd Duke of Buckingham KG (4 September 1455 – 2 November 1483) was an English nobleman known as the namesake of Buckingham's rebellion, a failed but significant collection of uprisings in England and parts of Wales against Richard III of England in October 1483.

He was a Lancastrian descendant of King Edward III, and a number of his forebears had been killed fighting the Yorkists in the Wars of the Roses (1455–85).

Sir Henry Stafford (c. 1425 – 4 October 1471) was the second son of Humphrey Stafford, 1st Duke of Buckingham and Lady Anne Neville, daughter of Ralph de Neville, 1st Earl of Westmorland, and Lady Joan Beaufort.

11 de abr. de 2024 · Humphrey's grandson Henry Stafford, the 2nd Duke of Buckingham, claimed the de Bohun lands should have devolved to him. Buckingham was rewarded for his support by Richard III, by being granted these lands, pending the approval of Parliament.
HENRY STAFFORD, Second DUKE OF BUCKINGHAM, 1 (1454-1483), was the son of Humphrey Stafford, killed at the first battle of St. Albans in 1455, and grandson of Humphrey the 1st Duke (cr. 1444), killed at Northampton in 1460, both fighting for Lancaster.
