Há 2 dias · Henry Percy (d. 1489), earl of Northumberland, regained his father's earldom in 1470. (fn. 58) He appears to have vindicated his title to Dagenhams and Cockerels in 1474 by a collusive lawsuit against his father's trustees, (fn. 59) and in 1482 he sold the manor to Avery Cornburgh.

Há 2 dias · Henry Percy, created earl of Northumberland, forfeited an estate at Fangfoss, in addition to his overlordship there, as a result of his rebellion in 1403. The property was granted to Robert Waterton for life in 1403 and in fee tail in 1409, and, as FANGFOSS manor, was conveyed to Sir Henry Broomfleet in 1446.

Cardinal Thomas Wolsey refused the match in January 1524. In February or March 1526, Henry VIII began his pursuit of Anne.
