Harry Grey, 3rd Earl of Stamford (10 June 1685 – 16 November 1739), was an English peer. He was somewhat eccentric, displaying this mainly in the construction of whimsical buildings. Life Enville Hall, Staffordshire. Harry Grey was born the eldest son of John Grey, who was the third son of Henry Grey, 1st Earl of Stamford.

The eldest son and heir of Charles, 2nd Earl Grey (Prime Minister 1830-1834), he followed his father into politics in 1826, when he was elected M.P. for Winchelsea in the Whig interest.
