The Hellenic Army Academy (Greek: Στρατιωτική Σχολή Ευελπίδων), commonly known as the Evelpidon, is a military academy. It is the Officer cadet school of the Greek Army and the oldest third-level educational institution in Greece.

Military Training – General. The Military Training of the Cadets concerns theoretical and applied field training, includes courses in the core of Military Science and aims to: Shape, strengthen and finally steel the character of Cadets. Cultivate military virtues and military education.

The training included individual tactics, fighter techniques, and Squad and Platoon-level exercises, day and night, involving personnel and assets of the XXIV Armoured Brigade "1st CAVALRY REG.
