Gustavo Antonio Gelpí Jr. (born December 11, 1965) is an American lawyer who serves as a United States circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. He is a former chief United States district judge of the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico.

Judges. Gustavo A. Gelpí. Judge Gelpí was appointed to the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit in October 2021. He received his undergraduate degree from Brandeis University in 1987 and his law degree from Suffolk University Law School in 1991. From 1991 to 1993, Judge Gelpí served as law clerk to Judge Juan M. Pérez-Giménez.
