George Gordon, 4th Earl of Huntly (1514 – 28 October 1562) was a Scottish nobleman. Life. He was the son of John Gordon, Lord Gordon, and Margaret Stewart, daughter of James IV and Margaret Drummond. [a] George Gordon inherited his earldom and estates in 1524 at age 10.

Huntly won a success against the English at Hadden Rigg in 1542, was a regent after the death of James V, but was captured by Somerset at Pinkie Cleugh in 1547.
