  3. Frank Anthony Brogan (3 August 1942 – 29 April 2021) was a Scottish professional footballer who played as a winger. During his career he made over 200 appearances for Ipswich Town. Brogan joined Celtic from St Roch's in 1960, and scored the club's 5000th league goal during the 1962–63 season.

In his early life, Frank was a chartered accountant but his true love was football and he signed on for Celtic in the early 1960s.
