Francis Richard Henry Penn Curzon, 5th Earl Howe, CBE, RD, PC (1 May 1884 – 26 July 1964) styled as Viscount Curzon from 1900 to 1929, was a British naval officer, Member of Parliament, and racing driver and promoter.

Biography. A second son, Francis Curzon succeeded to the manor of Kedleston and to other lands in north and south-east Derbyshire on the death of his brother John in November 1547.
