Elizabeth FitzHugh (1455/65 – before 10 July 1507) also known as Lady Elizabeth Parr. She was an English noblewoman and lady-in-waiting to her cousin, Anne Neville , queen consort of King Richard III . [2]

13 de ago. de 2022 · Elizabeth’s father, Henry, 5 th Baron Fitzhugh of Ravensworth (c1429-1472), had flip-flopped his way through the Wars of the Roses. Through his wife, Alice Neville, he was son-in-law of the earl of Salisbury, a staunch supporter of the House of York, but up until the Battle of Towton in 1461 he remained loyal to Henry VI and aligned himself with the House of Lancaster.
Elizabeth FitzHugh also known as Lady Elizabeth Parr. She was an English noblewoman and lady-in-waiting to her cousin, Anne Neville, queen consort of King Richard III. She was grandmother of Catherine Parr, sixth queen consort to King Henry VIII, and her siblings Anne Herbert, Countess of Pembroke, and William Parr, 1st Marquess of Northampton.

5 de out. de 2023 · Elizabeth had nine siblings[1], including Alice FitzHugh, Lady Fiennes and Henry, 6th Baron FitzHugh who married Elizabeth Burgh, daughter of Sir Thomas Burgh, 1st Baron Burgh of Gainsborough. Their son George, the 7th Lord FitzHugh, inherited the barony but after his death in 1513, the barony fell in abeyance between Lady Parr and her older sister Alice, Lady Fiennes.
