8 de out. de 2022 · Elizabeth Blount (c.1498[1]/c.1500[2]/c.1502[3] – 1539/1540),[3] commonly known during her lifetime as Bessie Blount, was a mistress of Henry VIII of England. Blount is an ancestor of Sophie, Countess of Wessex, who is the wife of Prince Edward, Earl of Wessex, the youngest son of Queen Elizabeth II.
Elizabeth Anne Mould, Lady Blount (born Elizabeth Anne Mould Williams lastly Elizabeth Anne Mould Morgan; 7 May 1850 – 2 January 1935) was an English pamphlet writer and social activist. She led a society who believed in a flat earth , and conducted experiments that sought to prove this.
After Elizabeth, came Rose, Albora, Isabella, George (born 1513), Henry and William. Elizabeth's father John Blount, had been appointed one of the "King's Spears" or Royal Body Guard on £60, 16s. 8d. a year. So Elizabeth travelled to the court with her father.
