Edmund Maurice Burke-Roche, 4.º Barão Fermoy (15 de maio de 1885 — 8 de julho de 1955) foi um nobre britânico, político do conservador e avô materno da Diana, Princesa de Gales. [1] [2] Biografia. Roche nasceu em Chelsea, Londres.
Barão Fermoy é um título no Pariato da Irlanda. Foi criado em 1856 para Edmund Burke Roche, que representava os distritos eleitorais de County Cork e de Marylebone na Câmara dos Comuns. Ele também serviu como lorde-tenente de County Cork.
Roche tornou-se o 5º Barão Fermoy em 1955, quando seu pai morreu. [3] Foi membro eleito do Conselho Distrital de Newbury entre 1976 e 1979 e presidente da Eddington Bindery Ltd, com sede na casa da família Fermoy, perto de Hungerford. [4]

Edmond Burke Roche, 1st Baron Fermoy (9 August 1815 – 17 September 1874), was an Irish politician in the Parliament of the United Kingdom who was granted a title in the Peerage of Ireland. His direct ancestor was Maurice FitzEdmund Roche, Mayor of Cork, who died in 1593.
