Don Willett is a United States circuit judge of the Fifth Circuit and a former justice of the Texas Supreme Court. He was appointed by Rick Perry in 2005 and served until 2018, when he was replaced by Jimmy Blacklock. He is a Republican, a former Bush administration official, and a legal scholar.
