Derek Brown (born July 18, 1983) is an American saxophonist based out of Chicago, IL. Brown is best known for his particular style of playing, dubbed "BEATBoX SAX," which combines various extended techniques, percussive effects (e.g. stomping and beating his saxophone), and at times vocal elements.
